“Recommend this place! My daughter started to learn drawing in this place for three years. We are so lucky to find a place nearby and my daughter loves the teacher here in her class. She is more focus on and patient than before which is the magic power of drawing. The teacher respects the uniqueness and creativity of each kid, and Ms. Chun is a peach among kids. There is no doubt that professional and communicative teachers are our primary focus of our decision-making. Multiple choices for different levels and skills.”

My daughter loves the art classes! She has learned to use different instruments such as watercolor, oil pastels, etc. She will often do back to back classes if she can! Very happy with her experience.

Virtual Young Art classes have been a great inspiration for my kids and a great help for me and my wife for several months already during this hard time. We’ve tried other similar services, but YA is our number one favorite. Specifically, YA has the best teacher-student interaction and a variety of subjects to choose from. I’ve been recommending YA to my friends. I hope more kids and their parents know about YA and be supportive so that YA can keep its high quality. Thank you!

WE love Young Art. Teachers are very easy to follow and work with. The response time on inquiries is efficient and always find a way to find a solution. We will continue taking classes online.

Young art lessons is the BEST. Having my kids attend Young Art lessons class is one of the best investment I did in the recent past. During this COVID, it really helped my kids to distract them from the boredom and got themselves more interested in different types of art and craft. Both my daughter and son look forward everyday for their classes after a long day of their zoom classes. This is one class they never say it’s enough. Every week the drawings and craft activities you folks bring it to the virtual classroom is beyond amazing. The teachers are so professional, knowledgeable, kind, affectionate and caring. We’ll be your customer for a very long time to come.

Really like youngart lessons. My child likes the classes. I like the 30 day for $30 program for the flexibility and affordability. I also like that Young Art doesn’t force you to buy their material for the classes, unlike other online art studios we used in the past. I hope Young Art will continue to provide this great program.
Jenny
My daughters love the various art options that YoungArt does virtually! The schedule allowed flexibility to join drawing classes after distance learning schooling and the teachers were amazing at keeping all the kids focused and having fun!

Paying It Forward
We’re passionate about using art to enhance people’s lives, beyond the pleasure our students get from attending our courses and workshops. We aim to do this in a number of ways. For example, each year we choose a charity that’s close to our hearts and donate 20% of the sales from our annual exhibition.
We also offer work experience placements to teenagers and adults who need a helping hand, including people with disabilities and learning differences, to help them get started within the creative industries.
As well as caring about people, we love the incredible planet we are privileged to live on, and since our logo involves a tree we feel it’s appropriate to donate some of our profits to planting trees! This reduces the impact of climate change for future generations, improves air quality, increases biodiversity and reduces flood risks. We support The Woodland Trust, the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity and planter of many trees!
Our Big Summer Celebration Was a Huge Success!
Our Summer Exhibition and Charity Art Sale, where you saw a selection of the wonderful work that has been produced by our students this year, helped us raise a lot of money for some very good causes. This event was be extra special as it was also our 1st birthday!
We’re delighted so many of you came along, and invite your friends too.
Together we raised over two thousand pounds for charity!
Helping you to make progress and develop your own style
We believe that everyone is born creative, and that adults often need to find their inner child in order to re-learn how to be playful and express themselves freely. Young children just dive in and enjoy making art without a care, but as we progress through school and beyond, our teachers, peers or even our own inner voice sometimes tells us that we need to draw and paint things in a certain way. But history has proven that’s simply not true at all! There are so many different expressions of art and a diverse range of styles, and all of them have value.
Of course we’ll teach you how to accurately observe, draw and paint what you can see. But the goal isn’t always to achieve an accurate representation. Art is a form of communication, and there are many languages in art. So we’ll also encourage you expand your horizons to value originality, ambiguity and imagination in order to develop your own style. Sometimes it’s good to focus on making something look interesting or intriguing, or express your feelings about a subject, rather than making things look realistic. And it’s often more about the journey than the finished result.
So whether you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school, or you need some guidance to reach your creative potential, have a look at our courses and workshops section to find the best course for you. Wherever you start and whatever your goal, we’ll help you along on your journey. If you’re not sure which course would suit you best, get in touch and we’ll help you decide.
