my squirrel brain is squirreling extra hard today painting mountains in acrylic is a good exercise. This quick little how to took me maybe 15 minutes to paint and it was fun. Sketchbook prep: I tape my edges and apply 1 layer of gesso Clouds: I used a greyish blue and scrubbed around voids, then filling voids with white. Mountains: dark blue to create peaks and streaking some white at the base. Finished with some black rolling hills. Add highlights to one side of the mountain with white and shadow the other side with black.
