How long does it take to ship a product?
We stock and ship all products (except Giclee canvas, wood panel prints, and hoodies) in 2-3 business days, unless there is an out-of-stock situation. If there is any delay in shipment we will notify you immediately via email. Giclee canvas prints ship in approximately 3 – 4 weeks, wood panel prints ship in approximately 1 – 2 weeks, and hoodies ship in approximately 1 – 3 weeks as they are custom printed per order. Framed Giclee Canvas prints ship in approximately 4-6 weeks. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. The approximate shipping times are: USPS Priority (2-5 days), FedEx 2-Day (1-2 days), USPS International Priority (6-10 days), FedEx International (2-7 days). Delivery times may vary substantially due to the carrier, and we cannot guarantee that a carrier will deliver by a certain date.

Are there extra charges for international shipping?
International customers are responsible for the payment of any duties or customs taxes beyond standard shipping charges. These additional charges are not included in the Heather Brown web site charges, rather they may be collected from you at the time of delivery if your country has such charges. Customers who refuse to receive international orders will not be refunded the original shipping fee, and will be responsible for an additional $25 fee to help cover the shipping and customs costs to return the product to HBA. We recommend you contact your country’s customs office in advance for an estimate of fees before placing your order if you have any questions.
How do I change the address on my order?
We will only be able to update the shipping address on an order so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please CONTACT US immediately so we can attempt to adjust the order in time.
