How to make your masterpiece:
- STEP 1: Lay your canvas out on a flat surface, prepare your paint and apply base layers.
- STEP 2: Match the numbers of paints to the numbered areas on the canvas.
- STEP 3: Stand back and admire your masterpiece! Posting your paint by numbers on social media is highly recommended.
How to order?
STEP 1: Select your preferred [Size] & [Package];
STEP 2: Click the “Upload Image” button;
STEP 3: Select the photo you would like to use (JPG or PNG), and click upload;
It’s not recommended to upload photos of very low resolution, dim lighting, overexposure or similar background colour; Please upload Hi-Res photos to get better products!
STEP 4: Place your order
STEP 5: Your item will be created within 15-20 business days, and we’ll email you an image preview of your item before production
Note: The amount of detail captured in your Paint By Numbers custom canvas is dependent on a few key factors; the size of the canvas, zoom of the photo, and quality of the photo.

What photos can I use for my kit?
Almost any photo will work for a Custom Paint by Numbers Kit. Ideally photos should be a close-up portrait of a pet or person but a landscape, vehicles, plants & buildings all work well too!
Can you remove the background in my photo?
Yes! If your background is cluttered and you’d prefer a plain solid color just let us know in the order notes and we will edit it for you.
When will I receive my kit?
We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Delivery! Our kits are hand-made to order in the UK and USA and sent out tracked mail direct to you.
Usually we produce your kit in 3-5 days, then your kit will be with you in 5-10 days if you live in Europe/Americas or a few days extra if you are further away.

I love the quality of the paint-to-canvas application from your company! You are the third canvas company that I have ordered a custom painting from. However, there is one big difference with your paints. They cover the number on the canvas with the light colors on the first application! The other two companies, I had to go over the number to completely cover it a second time when it dried. It’s exciting to receive a canvas of a memory I created from a photograph and then bring it to life making it into a painting! A very relaxing past time for me. This was purchased as a gift for my father in law for Christmas. During lockdown he has taken up paint by numbers and has completed personalised ones but not from here. Everything was 1st Class, delivery was quick, the paints were in a nice presentation and numbers were in the tray not the lid big plus as if they are on the lid when you keep opening them the rub off. The copy of the canvas on paper was big so could be read easily. The printing on the canvas was clear so easy to read. The canvas was rolled so no unnecessary creases. Dad was delight and has since purchased another one. Highly recommend this company for personalised paint by numbers
