Cancellation policy
Paint Classes:
If, for any reason, you cannot attend a Paint Class, you can transfer your ticket to another available date or cancel for a full refund if notified 48 hours prior to the event date.
If cancelled within 48 hours of the event date, you can still reschedule your tickets or receive a refund, however a £10 admin fee will be charged per ticket.
If cancelled within 12 hours of the class date, unfortunately, a refund or transfer will not be available.

If you book a child onto an adult paint night without prior warning, it is up to our/the venues discretion whether the child is allowed to join the class. If you are unable to join, unfortuntely we are unable to refund or transfer your tickets.
