Все доставки осуществляются на платной основе. Если Вы решили вернуть товар по любой причине, кроме гарантийного случая для некачественного товара, денежные средства уплаченные клиентом за доставку не возвращаются.
- Курьер по Москве доставит товар до дверей. Обычно доставка осуществляется на следующий день или позже по согласованию с Вами. В исключительный случаях доставка откладывается на несколько дней по причине пиковой загрузки перед праздниками или в связи с необходимостью доставить товар с удаленного склада.
- Доставка за МКАД и в другие города России осуществляется курьерской службой или Транспортными Компаниями СДЕК, ПЭК, ДЛ, ЖДЭ, Почта России. Обычно конечной точкой указывается ближайший к Вам офис или склад ТК, но Вы можете заказать доставку до дверей у самой ТК, когда они известят Вас о поступлении товара на склад.
Возврат Товара
- Как вернуть товар приобретенный в интернет-магазине в Москве? Мы принимаем к возврату качественный товар без потери товарно вида в течении 21 дня с момента приобретения. Вы можете вернуть любой товар самостоятельно доставив по адресу: Москва, ул. Смольная 63-б ТЦ “Экстрим”, пав. Л25 или обратившись к услугам курьерских служб. Возврат товара имеющий заводской дефект или другой недостаток, подпадающий под гарантийный случай, производится в том же порядке, но вы вправе не оплачивать расходы по транспортировке, курьерские услуги если факт гарантии подтвержден.

Вы можете вернуть товар отправив его по почте по юридическому адресу или транспортной компанией до терминала СДЕК – MSK449 Москва, ул. Атарбекова, владение 4а
на имя нашей организации ООО “Элемент”. Товар, подлежащий возврату не по гарантии, должен быть абсолютно новым, т.е. неиспользованным. Задача покупателя обеспечить сохранность и внешний вид товара во время транспортировки – упаковать должным образом. Перед отравкой необходимо известить нас о Ваших намерениях вернуть товар и оговорить с оператором способ доставки. - Возврату не подлежат:
Швейные и трикотажные изделия (изделия швейные и трикотажные бельевые, изделия чулочно-носочные).
Технически сложные товары бытового назначения, на которые установлены гарантийные сроки (бытовая радиоэлектронная аппаратура; бытовая вычислительная и множительная техника; фото- и киноаппаратура; телефонные аппараты и факсимильная аппаратура; игрушки электронные) и т.д.

Как получить деньги за возврат?
Возврат денежных средств будет осуществлен в течение 10 дней с момента получения нами возврата и письменного заявления (ст. 26.1 Закона РФ «О защите прав потребителей») в следующем порядке:
При оплате заказа банковской картой или электронным кошельком, возврат денежных средств будет осуществлен на счет, с которого производилась оплата.
Сроки зачисления на банковскую карту 1-10 рабочих дней, на банковский счет 1-10 рабочих дней. Срок зачисления средств на Ваш счет зависит от сроков, установленных внутренним регламентом соответствующих Банков, платежных систем и ФГУП «Почта России». Если вы понесли расходы за пересылку товара ненадлежащего качества, вам так же будут возмещены эти расходы при наличии документа, подтверждающего стоимость пересылки. Rubber Wellingtons
CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
To ensure your L’Alliance rubber boots stay in good condition it’s important that they are regularly cleaned with water and allowed to dry naturally.
Occasionally you might notice a white powdery “Bloom” on the boots. This is perfectly normal and is insoluble particles that have risen to the surface, which is largely due to the characteristic of a premium product made from high-grade rubber and will not compromise the durability or performance of the boots.
Keep the zip clean and never force the zip.. Dirt will wear the zip and significantly reduce its life, and don’t leave the zip undone when wearing the boots, this will increase the chances of dirt getting into the zip.
Please note we recommend tightening the screw backs on the tassels once you receive them, this will help ensure no lost tassels!

CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS
Not in the washing machine, please! Remove dried dirt using water and a soft brush. Let the boots air dry.
MAINTENANCE & STORAGE
Store your beautiful boots away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. We recommend using Boot Trees to fill out the calf, maintain their original shape and prevent ankle creasing. Where possible, store your boots in the box they arrived in, and use a Signature Boot Bag for extra protection when travelling.
Our padded insoles are removable and replaceable to allow for use of your own as well as insole replacement which we generally advise after 6 months of use of your item. This means you can wear and love your item and be confident that, even if your insoles become worse for wear, your item will not. Please note that excess moisture that is retained in your footwear can accelerate the insoles coming loose in your shoe. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information regarding this.

In the UK, your free returns and exchanges are via Royal Mail – either in person or collection.
