Could you provide instructions on drawing a clover?

Description: Did you know that St.Patrick’s Day is right around the corner? I was looking in my seasonal category and saw that I only have a few lessons that are associated with the festive day. This year St. Patty’s Day falls on a Wednesday which will be the seventeenth day of March. Right after that is the first day of Spring. So I guess there is a lot going on pretty soon if you think about it. I mean after Spring is here, Easter is right around the corner. But for now let’s just stick with this Irish holiday. I have a tutorial on a shamrock, and for any of you that know, the shamrock is the same thing as a clover. This tutorial will teach you an easy way to learn “how to draw a clover, step by step”. Clovers eventually turn into small white or pink flowers, and that is why this plant is going in the flower category. Now I will tell you some interesting information about the clover before I shut up and let you draw. Farmers that have livestock will grow pastures of clover fields so that their animals can feed off this plant that grows like wildfire. To ensure that their pastures are abundant with clovers, they will seek out beekeepers. I know what your thinking “beekeepers?”. And my answer to that is, “yes, beekeepers”. You see, it is the honeybee that pollinates the clovers as they feed on the nectar of the blooming flowers. A clover will bloom into either a white or pink flower, and I’m sure you have seen them before in your backyard. Beekeepers benefit from farmers that have clover pastures because the honeybee’s main nectar source is from the clover. Pretty cool huh? There is so many other things that I can draw for St. Patrick’s Day, and maybe I will. In the mean time, have fun drawing a clover, step by step. Be sure to have fun with your creation and add some vivid colors and backgrounds. I will be back soon so try and stay tuned in. Peace out peeps, and happy drawing!

How to Draw a Clover

How to Draw a Clover

Draw a circle for the frame of your clover and then add the pie like guidelines in the center as you see here.

Step 2.

You will now start utilizing the pie guidelines to draw each clover leaf you see here. The middle of the leaf takes a subtle heart like shape which needs to be drawn in that manor.

Step 3.

This is your last drawing step and all you have to do is draw out the last leaf, which will end up being a four leaf clover. Add some detailing definition on the leafs, and then sketch out the shape of the stem which can ultimately be placed anywhere . Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one. more
