The first step is to sketch with a pencil.
Small head with an incredibly large beak is mounted on a strong neck.
Toucans are relatives of woodpeckers. But do not think that they can chop wood with a beak, like a sledge hammer. Although the beak is large, but it is light and porous and the toucan can only eat fruit. However, the toucan`s legs are very similar to the legs of woodpeckers – two of the four fingers pointing forward and two – backward.
The short tail is cut straight, and I think, if necessary, it can serve as a support, as well as the tail of a woodpecker.

- Blue, Pink, Purple, Green, Yellow, Orange, Black, Red Color.
1. Drawing the Toucan’s Beak.
The toucan’s beak is its most prominent feature, so let’s start by drawing it. Use long strokes to create a beak that extends beyond the body. Pay attention to the two lines at the downside of the beak, as shown in the upper picture, and replicate them accordingly.
2. Sketching the Toucan’s Body.
Now, it’s time to draw the toucan’s body. Begin by drawing the eyes, followed by the head and body, step by step. Make the eyes appear as if they touch the beak, and ensure that the head is smaller than the beak. Remember that the toucan has a slim body, so keep your lines sleek and elegant.
3. Adding Legs and Branches.
Completing the body, proceed to draw the toucan’s legs, tail, and branches of a tree. Make sure the legs touch the branches to create a realistic look.
Coloring the Toucan’s Beak and Eyes.
Now that our line drawing is complete, let’s add some color to our toucan. Use yellow to color the bird’s beak and eyes. Leave the middle of the upper part of the beak white, creating a highlight effect. Avoid coloring the eyeballs yellow; we’ll color them later.
5. Giving the Toucan’s Lips a Rainbow Hue.
To add an exciting touch to our toucan drawing, apply a rainbow of colors to the end of its beak. Get creative and experiment with different colors at the beak’s end. You can use violet, blue, light blue, green, yellow, red, and orange for a vibrant finish.
6. Coloring the Toucan’s Body and Feet.
Color the toucan’s body black, leaving the chest area white to add contrast. Make the feet blue to complement the colorful beak and enhance the overall appearance.
